A few years later a lifelong friend of mine died and his parents cremated his ashes. The loss was devastating and our plans of golf trips and camping trips that would never happen. I talked to his wife and she agreed to give me some ashes. I made 5 companion stones and 3 necklaces and 2 crosses. I kept two stones, a necklace and a cross. I gave the others to his wife and kids. I only bring him with me on a big golf trip or if my family is doing something memorable with his family. Our annual camping trips break my heart, but seeing our kids together is a joy. His wife carries her stone with her more often. At first she would put her hand in her pocket and she feels a connection. He will never travel to Europe, Play golf in Scotland or deep sea fish as we vowed to do, but he will with me. This is why I started this service. It is deeply personal to me and I am grateful I can be part of your healing process. If you are interested, please click on the process link above and it will detail the process.
I love to hear your stories. I know that this process has helped many people. It has been part of weddings, funerals, sky-dives, scuba dives, cruises, graduations and most importantly in the simple parts of life. Like a Cross hanging on a wall, as mine is in my study.
